Breton Technologies supplies both goods and services to its clients. As a Premier Partner with Dell Canada, many of our products are custom ordered. Product warranty is recorded directly at Dell Canada and registered to the end user prior to shipping. Order cancellations by our customers are permitted with zero restocking fees prior to goods leaving the Dell production line. After such time, our clients are subject to a restocking fee of 5%. Returns must be approved by Dell Canada.

Peripherals and accessories sold by our company can be returned unused and in original packaging within 5 days of receipt of goods. All Breton Technologies service offerings are provided with a 15 day no charge followup guarantee. The 15 days period starts from the date of project completion.

For RedTail POS related installs, businesses can return all RedTail products within 10 days of the completed install. Return periods are not related to when RedTail launches in live operating mode. All POS related hardware returns are based on our hardware return policy referenced above.
