HOW TO OBTAIN SUPPORT FOR WEB HOSTING AND EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS:

Contact us 24/7 at (480)-624-2500. You will need your call in PIN in order to obtain any kind of support for your hosting package. There are no additional charges for this service as it is part of your web/email hosting subscription.

Regular Business Hours:
You can also contact us directly during regular business hours between Monday and Friday from 8:30AM to 5:00PM at 902-578-5789. There are no additional charges for this service as it is part of your web/email hosting subscription.

Online:
Visit us at HostAsylum.com for FAQs and self serve tools. This is a no charge service for all customers.

Text Messaging:
You can initiate a service request by text during regular business hours. A service ticket will be opened for all requests . PLEASE NOTE THAT TECHNICAL SUPPORT IS NOT PROVIDED VIA TEXT MESSAGING. ONCE A SERVICE TICKET IS GENERATED OUR TECHNICIAN WILL DECIDE THE METHOD OF DELIVERY FOR THE SERVICE.

Email Support:
Contact us by email at support@bretontechnologies.com. Include a brief description of your problem. All email submissions are reviewed within 24 hours by a qualified technician. There are no charges for general inquiries. Charges will apply if a service ticket needs to be opened. Customers will receive a service ticket number along with an invoice with service dates and detailed technical note. We maintain service notes for all of our customer accounts that are used for future support and follow-up service.

Remote Support:
We offer support via remote connectivity by establishing a secure connection between our system and your PC or network. This is our premier service that enables our technicians to provide timely and professional support from anywhere. Remote support is a scheduled service with emergency support available. Charges apply in 15 minute intervals and are billed biweekly as a consolidated summary. Contact us if you are not yet connected to our secure remote service.
